Hello, and welcome to the press conference this evening.
ManNHL would first like to congratulate the Boston Bruins on their success this season and to the Edmonton Oilers for their playoff push.
Now on to the real reason why everyone is here right now. I've had several discussions over the year and the number has fluxuated increasingly throughout the season. With the rise of certain stocks and the economy now crashing in the United States and the impact of the KHL poaching star players, the number will surprise a lot of people.
The decision was made for teams to continue their profits and league revenue sharing with a budget of 60M. The being said, the abundance of players leaving ManNHL and the lack of government stability in North America has left little dollar figures to be placed in the pockets of ManNHL owners.
The league feels it is necessary to move forward with a hard cap of $49.100 Million dollars and a player salary rollback of 24%.
We thank you for your time and patience and wish you all good luck next season.
Commissioner. Mike

OH I CERTAINLY THINK NOT!!! I would strongly encourage ANY of my players forced into a 24% rollback to talk to the KHL, cause thats bullshit. A quarter of their hard-earned, and well-negotiated salaries down the drain? Yeah, NO! Keep in mind, dude, the competition is throwing money at these players all over the place. DECREACING their pay is NOT the way to go.

Furthermore (more off the record than on) Mikey, ya damn fool, we never negotiated this. And I bet thats why you announced it now - trying to screw the poor little players while I was archiving the site.

Don't fucking edit the post ya tool. The league is losing the funds and the KHL (YOUR FRIENDS FUCKING LEAGUE) is the one that has been stealing the players. The rollback is necessary and the hard cap stays.

It will work, it worked in the NHL and it will work here. The PR DID negotiate this with me and is being an ass about it.

The rollback is necessary and the hard cap stays. Tough. Deal with it "COMMISH". These people are looking to YOU to make the league run smoothly. KHL provides a decent outlet for unhappy players, AND a few more options for GMs in need of talent. I don;t give a shit what you do with the cap, but if my guys start getting low-ball offers, more will leave and you'll just die off from lack of money anyway. End result: PLayers need to get paid.

Don't fucking threaten me with the KHL ya jackass. You negotiated with me the hard cap because the funds weren't there, so don't run off with the NHLPA now and blame it on me. The cap will stay low and you'll have to keep your word sometime or find a new job.
