5'7 185 I was 215 just 4 months ago how did you lose that much weight ? I had spent the previous 2 years almost bedridden being sick. I worked out daily kept my calories under 1800 and lots of protien shakes.

no wonder, Do you still drink Protien shakes ? All the time. Your body doesn't store protien, it has to use it right away. So protien before you sleep and body is burning calories while you sleep. Then Protien in the morning becuase your body is starving for it. Then there is after a workout as well. There are some really good tasting ones out there. Also a lot of really bad ones.

If you don't get enough protien you can't sustain your muscle mass and when you diet and loose just as much muscle as you do fat without the protien. Then when they gain it back they gain all in fat. The fantastic North American yoyo diet that is killing people all the time.
