The 2 Line Pass rule is a removal of the current end zone to oppositional blue-line which has sped up the game and increased potential injuries. That said, removing this will re-introduce the two-line pass in which players will be unable to make a pass from their end zone across the red line. All passes will be within the blue line to blue line and likely re-introduce the trap.
