This is an odd decision, but I'll allow it. As long as they aren't in the league and they aren't from NEXT year's draft, it's fine. But the player cannot have ever been drafted. All players not drafted in this draft will be added to next year's crop as second round selections.

I've done it in the past here aswell, drafting Victor Ohman. But Finn is actually projected to go in the top 10, don't know how he wasn't drafted lol
