in a super nutshell:
Is the league's 65th highest point producer (Tanguay) worth giving up for the league's 32nd highest goal producer (Stajan) plus spare parts that amount to little, if anything?
I think by this logic, Tanguay-Stajan is relatively even and since Ottawa is getting any spare parts, needs players, and can waive or ditch any of them to sign new guys anyways, it works fine.
I think this deal is fine.
