All negotiations take place with the Player Rep. All free agents will be listed by season's end and will stay for the duration of the year. Negotiations can take place at any time for any given free agent. The player's negotiations may have demands, and may agree to accept less money for a better opportunity or a better fit with another club. Also, negotiations could take days, weeks even, so be patient.
