Something we've been toying with for a while - how to implement a program with official staff that does not hurt people's budget, and has a point. Here's the info: The Feature: Staff The Options: Like almost everything else here, staff is entirely optional. However, to include staff, you must have a budget page created. The Details: Each team can choose to post a team staff if they wish. Your staff is basically limited to whatever you want, but it does cost you money. Suggestions include Coach, Assistant Coach, Goalie Coach, and so on. Their salary is negotiated through the PR (which I should remind you actually stands for Personnel Representative, not just player rep ) The Catch: They cost money. Also, I would recommend trying to hire people who have some relevance to the hockey world, as they are easier to negotiate with. The Cool Parts: You can hire whomever you like to be on your team's staff, as long as they aren't hired by another team. Certain players may like certain GMs and have increased desire to play for them. Thus, it may affect negotiations. Build class within your organization with legends behind the bench. And the biggest one - your budget increases to 65M (thats $5M bucks!!!). That means if you hire your core staff shrewdly enough (hiring your staff for under $5M), you can increase your budget money! FREE! The Sample: PR STAFF PAGE Goalie Coach: George W. Bush ($100,000 - 10 years) Assistant Coach: admin ($10 - 50 years) Head Coach: Mary Steenburgen ($250,000 - 2 years) GM: Personnel Representative (free* - 3 year contract) * since this is technically you - i guess if you want a real name here, you can offer for oneFeel free to leave any questions or feedback here in this section. Let the games begin!

I refuse to do this because of something that has happened recently.

I refuse to do this because of something that has happened recently. It's optional, so you are more than welcome to choose not to participate. Mind if I ask what the "something that happened recently" is that is the cause for your unhappiness towards this?
