First thing on the fucking list... PrejudiceAbsolutely no Racism, or other prejudicial slurs are allowed on the board. This includes calling people "fags" or calling other inanimate objects "gay". All of this, combined with the initial complaints AND THE FACT THAT HE HAS STILL NOT REPLIED TO MY FUCKING PM, I can not in good conscience remove the warning. No response by 6:37PM (EST) I move the ban him. We have 5 people in the waiting list and this is a bit ridiculous. |

As much as it genuinely pains me to say this, I really think we should pull the plug on the current SJ GM. He's been on at least a few times since this discussion, said nothing new about the above problems, and STILL has not addressed my initial fricken complaint (ignoring league-affecting PMs). This my official position now. I really am sorry tanner.  |

Sharks you grammar is complicated. But I don't c why your getting a warning cause you answer my PMs and you haven't been rude to me atleast. And about Bob Marley and Lil Wayne you just can't compare the two since one is a great lyricist with a message and is in REGGAE while the other is a creative lyricist who creates fun songs but usually no meaningful msg and is in rap.

I don't see how this entire conversation got pushed into 1 message: a dead life lover against a living sex lover...
These are the matters at hand that still have not been explained.
1. You do not answer the pms that you "don't feel like responding" to. That's fine. But you have to respond to pms with the PR.
2. Your current team is still missing the action on a player named Marcel Goc. He is an RFA and the matter has still not been sorted out. The season is a week away, if it's not dealt with by then, as a league official (Commissioner) I'm considering Goc a UFA.
3. Your comments are considered ignorant to people as you use the words "gay" and "fag" directly, which violates our code of conduct here in this league. The code is put in place so that people who become excessive in their ignorant comments can be punished or we LOSE THIS SITE. Proboards has all the authority to remove our rights to owning a site.
You're only response to any of this has been "Racism" and a few words after that made no sense, but thankfully we have a translator that claims your rebuttle on the situation is that I'm guessing the PR or whoever else involved is Racist against... who? Cause if it's based on the Bob Marley Vs. Lil Wayne issue, they are both black so racism is most definitely not an argument in the slightest, unless we're comparing which one is blacker than the other (and yes, I used "blacker" as a form of improper grammar in this sentence). This has nothing to do with those two celebrity names. This has everything to do with what is stated above.
I've discussed the matter with Boston. We have decided to issue a 3 strikes system. Consider this the notification segment of the new rule. San Jose is now on strike 2. One for the innitial warning. 2 For not carrying out the procedures of removing this warning. He has one strike left. If he does not comply with what I've laid out above, then he will unfortunately be put to a vote for removal on behalf of me, PR, Boston and Pittsburgh.
