We're almost at the last vote. This could be the last vote. So here's the deal, please read all this carefully and thoughtfully.

If you vote yes:
- we switch to 09, we will be adopting 09 ratings.
- Our rookies will be re-structured (the ones that are in the game) and get new ratings.
- we wait a whole season (meaning season 3 is on 08) as leafs gets 09 worked out
- many young players and KHL signings will be lost completely. Otherwise Leafs has more than 120 players to create all over again (which is not the case with 08)
- teams will be given a cop-out to weakly developed teams
- for the reasons stated above (primarily the first one), if we vote yes, the Player Rep will most likely resign from ManNHL.

If you vote no:
- we stick with 08
- we tweak a few key players' ratings to reflect league performances
- we probably lose some members for other 09 leagues.
- we will probably be "out of date" with the rest of the sim world
- we will continue what we have started, and the way we have started it.

I am in the same boat as Jersey. I have no interest in restarting the endless hours of work I've already put into this site. We are the site we are because we use 08. I have hundreds of players I can modify into our new rookies each season and we've developed the signings based on this game's performance levels of the players. And besides, the one's who will stay here even if we don't switch are the ones we all like anyways. I guarantee 2/3rds of the league will stay. And Islanders has a site that's on like their 5th season and I think they use a 2007 game lol. Needless to say, I vote 08.

If I said it, it might be a lie.
