If you are going to be on vacation, please leave a message in the GM vacation thread, indicated both when you are leaving, and when you plan on being back.
Also, and this is the newer part, please modify your profile name to include "vacation" in some way, ideally like this:
"Personnel Representative - vacation" if that's not possible (character-limits), then just put your team name, and the word "vacation", (i.e. Leafs - Vacation".
