A Look Into the North East

Well welcome once again to PlayMakers. After a change of ownership to TB, 55587crosby is back and with a new analysies on the North East.

Let's start with the Buffalo Sabres:

They have everyhting you would want in a team. Loads of veterans and tons of experience they should perform well this season as they have all the pieces of the puzzle:

Offense: A

No doubt about it, they have Brind amour, Heatley , Conroy and ofcourse the highly coveted Conolly. They also have Anoine Vermette, Dainus Zubrus and Chris Higgins which are all great players who solidify the team.

Defense: A

Mindblowing defense with Kalinen, Lydman and Spacek adn with Chelios they have it all. They look good on paper but everyone is questioning whether the defense can live up to its expectations.

Goaltending: A-

Henrik will carry them exceptionally well but with Pogge in the backend they wont have a chance at all. Let's hope Henrik plays 60+ games.

Place: 4th in East

Toronto Maple Leafs:

Offense: B

They have loads of youth but not many veterans. This could be a severe problem as last year they got owned really badly. Brunnstrom, Hemsky, Toews, Cogliano and Gagne are the core of this team. I expect them to stay as Doan moves around being shopped as he's obviously lost his importance in the world of MANHL.

Defense: A-

Shcenn and Phaneuf will rock anyone who comes in the way. Stralman adn Regehr combination should be VERY interesting and I think they'll have quite some chemistry.

Goaltending: C

Sorry TOR but I dont think you'll be going far this year with a starting goalie such as a underrated Price.

Place: 10th in East


Boston Bruins:

THE CHAMPIONS OF SEASON 2 CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

Offense: A+

Okay they have amazing top three lines adn a ordinary 4th line but come on 4th lines are just there to be 4th lines. They are just too good and They are at the top of MANHL

Defense: C

They have 5 defensemen! McCabe and Tallinder are dead but Meszaros and Letang look awesome. The better get one more dman or they're gonna pay dearly.

Goaltending: B

Vokoun is a great goaltender and Rask is alright. They have good goaltending but nothing outstanding.

Place: 3rd in East

Ottawa Senators:

Offense: A

Their roster page doesnt look updated but I can tell that they have great offense throught the club and that is why they were the first winners of the MANHL CUP. Alfy, Cog and the new AJ Kenks should do well. Alfy has proved this by working with two younger poeple in Hetaley and Spezza and doing extremely well so this time I belive there will be no difference.

Defense: C

I see some nice youth but right now their defense is nothing special. After some years I belive it will improve.

Goaltender: A+

They have the best goalie in the north west and Hernik and Dipietro will always battle 8 times a year to see who is superior. Right now I give it to Dipietro but you never know who comes out on top.

Place: 7th in East

Monreal Canadiens:

Offense: D

All they got is Blake and Skopera besides them they have woman who can play pretty well but with the habs you never know who might pop up.

Defense: D

Del Zooto is someone they can build around with. Besides that they have nothing.

Goaltending: D

Ahhhh something to look forward to in MON. They have two young goalies who can steal some games for them. They are young and they will get better but for now they are simply not ready.

Place: 13th in East

I totally disagree with the fact that i will be 2nd in the NE. Also, my defence are far better than you have suspected. In addition, i have 20 MIL in cap, therefore i have space to sign atleast 2 BIG NAMED DEFENCEMEN in the Draft!

And come on, your giving my goaltending a "B"? Vokoun, (once he dot in) lead us through the harsh times in the playoffs. And never doubt the expereince of up and downs that Task has went through.

2nd in East not Norht East and this is just my opinion we all know how powerful your team is.

I will next week there'll be Atlantic and Southest then it'll be Western Conference's turn. So wait for 2 weeks then I think simming will start in what 3 weeks? So it'll build up hype.
