Okay, so I want you guys to be COMPLETELY honest and answer a couple questions about the site. 1) What all do you like about ManNHL - what keeps you here? 2) What do you dislike about ManNHL - and how can we fix it, if at all? 3) Are there things you would like included or removed from ManNHL? You will not be judged or punished for any of your responses here, and we will NOT be arguing. I am just getting a general idea of things. The reason will be revealed to you all soon enough. PR P.S> If you prefer to leave comments confidentially, you can PM them to PR. Your secrets are safe with me.

1) I like the realistic features of Mannhl 2) I'm not fond of the long wait time of the sims but I understand people have things to do like for school and other things in life. 3)I don't like the auction section.

love the PR position (note I didn't say I liked PR ), when you need to sign players it is important to have an impartial mediator. hard to think of something I hate, I suppose the auction section is unneeded, I dont really like it in my site very much, thinking of rules for it that makes it fair for everyone (both teams involved and the player). lol jk

To get more in depth on the realistic features: -The PR idea and everything that goes with it (the negotiations are just so realistic) -KHL (makes it extremely realistic) -The offseason is great (the PR idea goes with this and the draft is very fun) -The "shows" are great (like the power rankings, etc.) There are definitely more things that I just cant remember.

I hate everything to do with this league equally. JOKES! In all seriousness, this is probably the greatest sim league I've ever been a part of. Toronto and PR bust their asses to make this a great experience for all of us to cut away from real life for a little while and act for a few minutes each day like we're real National Hockey League GMs, quite a thrill indeed. Their innovations are very unique and special, and any recycled crap that other leagues try pale in comparison to this masterpiece of a league, and it's my pleasure to be here not only as your GM Rep, but as a normal dude trying to have some fun.

Wait, this isnt real life ? , But yeah, this is very realistic, its great to have the feeling to be just like GM's in real life. The position of PR, and having to make signings and approvals through him adds a great feature to the league, the GM's of the other teams are all taking their rolls serious, and its good too see slackers, and people who do not care being kicked out. Its a great opportunity to feel as if it is your own team to look after. Its great

Okay, so HYPOTHETICALLY if we were to start another site, we should keep PR, and ditch auctions....anything else

1) What all do you like about ManNHL - All the Members, we all bring something to this league, that makes it so great, PR and some others for Humor, Leafy for well Seriousness and well simming , and me i guess for blowing upo things, it's just a great like in total and it's because of the Members and Staff, (special Credit to: Devils, Leafers, Philly, PR) 2) What do you dislike about ManNHL - Now i know this IS the most realistic Sim League, but do we have to have the same length of off-season as the real NHL? or is that another feature 3) Are there things you would like included or removed from ManNHL? Auctions, and i would say the dumb gm's but that would conflict with my first point

Dislikes:
- The amount of NTC being thrown around and the amount of times they are waived. I haven't looked at many trades that have occured lately, but before i noticed almost every trade their was a NTC and almost every trade went through. Except for some occurences. I want to see more of these NTCs being held because it sort of loses its point. - Auctions. Useless stuff.
The rest is all great. Love the PR addition, makes things much more realistic, i like how players are increasign ratings and I would like to see some older guys decrease.

@ Vancouver: haha shut it haha
@ LA Kings: We've discussed it and we'll bring it back up at the end of the season. The PR, GM Rep and myself have different ideas for it so there will likely be a poll near the end to solve the matter.

Though, to be fair, most of the ones that are declined are never posted, since people are SUPPOSED to ask for the waiving before posting the trade. Or some, the trade gets rejected before I have a chance to decline.

I'd love to chip in my thoughts, but I haven't been here for a full season yet.
But I will say I thought all the off-season stuff was extremely well done. The contract negotiations, drafting, all that stuff... very well done and realistic.
I'm not in a position for suggestions, because I haven't been here long enough...but.....*cough*....yeah.
*stands there awkwardly*
Yep... *whistles*

I like having a player agent. Makes signing free agents so much more realistic. Unlike other leagues where the first GM to bid the max gets the player.
Only thing i dislike was the extremely long off season we just had. One thing you need to realize is that no one quit this league because of the lack of sim. All the loyal members are back and that shouldn't go unnoticed. That is credited to Leafs and PR for being great. If this happened in any other league we wouldn't be having this conversation right now because this league would be over.
