CAP CHANGES! MUST READ!

Alright, due to a ton of issues surrounding the league, contracts, and people's inability to calculate their own rollback, we're doing something different.

ROLLBACKS ARE NO LONGER APPLICABLE. GET RID OF THEM, ALL CONTRACTS COUNT.

As such, we don't feel the need to screw anyone. So the Cap is rising 12% as the salary rollback across the league was an average of 12%.

SALARY CAP IS NOW 70M

Now, the Budget is at 75M without staff contracts and 80M with staff contracts.

YOU MUST CREATE A BUDGET PAGE

We will provide you with what the example is. Also, the entire league will be gather contractually to a master list because people are cheating on contract lengths and even figures. No more. Your entire salary pages will be monitored by ManNHL employess.

What happens to the picks we gave up for rollback, do we get them back?

That, and as a result of those picks and the rollback, the league cap went up. They were not used in vein.
