ManNHL has now lost one of our key members - Leafs. We're all clearly not thrilled by this, but he was simply too busy and had to move on, and now we must respect his decision.
So, where does that leave ManNHL? We have a number of options, none of which are life-threatening to the league.
1) I have the game, so we can continue the season just as planned. 2) We can move forward with ManNHL 2.0 and completely revamp the entire league, with a new game, rosters, teams, etc.
More coming, just in the process of finalizing a few things.

So you would create all the players that Mike had made in his game? and modify all the ratings? Do you know how long that would take?

right now, those are the two major options. still working on a third, but it may take time. Technically, if you guys wanna retire the league, we can do that too.

i'd rather not retire the league personally. I say just go from where we left off.

I think someone else should also step up and become an admin and sorta do what Leafs did.

I'm down for a MANNHL 2.0.
I can help out with making sure everything is clean there with the rosters and stuff.

Stay with this. Losing Leafs sucks a lot but, we should continue with this.

I'm honestly thinking a fresh start with NHL 10 is the way to go here. ManNHL 2.0.
But, no matter what happens, I hope you all know I am here with this league until it meets it's end, whenever that may be.

If we were to switch to MAN NHL 2.0, would we keep the same rosters?
cuz that wouldnt really work,
for example... I trade Chara and Luongo in the same deal for guys that wouldnt be good in NHL 10.
I say if we switch, we should to a fanatsy draft or something like that to make every team even

If we switch to NHL 10, it will be a brand-new league. So everyone starts with fresh rosters.

Making a brand new league would fill the teams back up and bring the league back to how active it was back in S1 and S2.

For a lot of reasons, my preference is switching games, refreshing the league, and essentially re-working our league from the beginning. I think there are a number of problems that need dealt with in this league as it stands, and the best way (as was discussed at 2-3 different league meetings) was to just start over, gathering what we have learned and what we are all collectively trying to accomplish. But as I always way. It's your league, so whatever you guys want, we will do.

yea lets do the switch, but I still feel that sometimes the ratings should change depending on performence and youth and whatnot
