Don't fucking threaten me with the KHL ya jackass. You negotiated with me the hard cap because the funds weren't there, so don't run off with the NHLPA now and blame it on me. The cap will stay low and you'll have to keep your word sometime or find a new job. Okay Leafsy. We'll do it your way. But answer me this: How many of YOUR OWN players are coming into new contracts this year? Toews Gagne Cogliano...? I'm sure the KHL will offer them what they deserve, and I'm sure you'll have a GREAT time renegotiating new deals with KHL players with your cheap-ass attitude. |

Bullshit man, bullshit. You'd think the GMS would support the fucking league on this instead of the NHLPA. I'm doing these teams a favor in making more money while guys like Phoenix there are being a little bitch contesting everything I say. Unless you have a better idea, the rollback and the hard cap remain.

$56,700,000 cap, just like the real-life NHL
They lost just as many players to the KHL as we did here, and that is what their cap is at.

IMO this isn't fair to the teams that have to deal with the real world signings like myself who am right up against the cap right now without making stupid decisions like signing players to ridiculous contracts.
