I need some help with homework

I am mainly looking at Leafs or PR for this one (someone else can help if they would like)

Can you give me some pros OR cons (pick one that you feel strongly about) of workers unions?

I have a lot of homework and I am going to do other assignments and I am hoping that someone has a spare 5 minutes to help me out.

Pro
Being able to bargain as a group(all the workers) on wages and conditions with the implied threat of stopping work.

So basically, if the worker's arent happy, they can rally together and get more or less what they want.

The union protects workers from being treated unfairly also.

Im part of the Ontario Carpenter's Union.
