ok here the story and the email im sending because im not calling them back to get hung up on again! I will also send the reply email i get as it will be full of bull shit!

I Had called customer support about this issue. The 1st representative which didnt give a name suggested i tried trying my game in another console which i said is hard to do, that maybe the xbox was dirty to try using an air duster or lens cleaner which states in the xbox manual voids your warranty, also he stated thier was an issue with my xbox as it has not been registered as i purchase this new xbox for the hdmi format in january 11,2008 Serial # 018441373607 then he said the console was made on 2007-09-03, the warranty was over. I said i had bought it at future shop and had bought an extended warranty which i brought to future shop first but they said you cover the first year of the warranty, the reason my console wasn't registered was because i had bought a 120 gb hd as well and transfered my hd, i also told the rep that this is my second xbox and im gettin annoyed to thier issues and might as well get a ps3 then he proceeded to transfer me to a specialist about this issue, The speicialist most have thought i was on hold and where speaking whatever foreign toungue it is that they speak to eachother and after a couple of hellos i finally got annoyed and said dalalala im not on hold and they HUNG UP ON ME! also if your conversation are recorded which you state they are you'll have a record of it.. also i cant see why it would be the game that had the issue it has to be the xbox as i had turned off my tv and left the game on, my friends on MSN messenger said come join, i said they weren't online so i restarted my xbox, the game was working until i restarted and got the disc not readible bs which i get alot of, the disc being brand new call of duty world at war which was released nov 11,2008..no scratches, no finger print or nothing but its the disc huh? I am getting fed up with xbox altogether your lack of support as well as your faulty systems, i have a receipt to prove the system was bought when it was, is this issue is not addressed with in timely fashion or properly, I will have no choice but to rid of my junky xbox system and xbox junk altogether and get a proper working system such as PS3.. if you need my phone number to get ahold of me i will include it in a reply as im not calling to get hung up on again, thank you!

wow good thing i posted this here first because as i tried submitting this to xbox my IE crashed also my email cant be more then 500 characters or longer! YAY xbox support email good job!
