alternate ending: Instead of "then shot himself. The end." It will be "Then took a piss on the corpse and shouted "Victory is mine"but then the building collapsed and he was crushed to death. The End.

The Michael Bay Ending:
They both realized they were caught in the realms of both worlds. JP was actually an alien spirit that inhabited the body of Jesus Puck to get a glimpse at true human emotions. Villain Boy was a government official out to secure data concerning the alien inhabitant upon the humans. They were at a cross. Their true friendship on the line. Larry was a pawn in the procedure, placed by Villain Boy to test the acute emotional response to a possible death of a friend on behalf of JP. Would he decide to induce rage and kill the locals who might be a part of it, or try and understand death for what it is in the humanistic form? Could JP live among us, walking, living, loving the same? Could he feel the same sense of human emotions or would his feelings be purely animal-istic? This was not the time to wonder, this was the time for action. With that, Villain Boy came out from the corner, pulled out his gun, and aimed at JP. JP turned to meet his stare, a sad look that spoke the words that love was possible. JP may look like a main, but inside was the spirit of a young boy who wished to learn how to live and how to feel. Villain Boy cocked it, swallowed hard, then turned the gun to Larry and pulled the trigger.
That would be all that was heard from the two of them. Villain Boy held back his own tears of compassion. Larry had to die, there could be no steps uncovered. He had to wipe away any hint of these events. And with that, Villain Boy gave his goodbye and left JP there. JP was now a free man. He would walk among us as we do, he would live as we do, and he would try to feel and understand life and all that it is as we do.
The two met each other years later, by the same bus terminal in which they initially made contact. A simple smile is all they would exchange and the two would go on living.
The End.
