I have hired a new addition to the league. We now have a player agent/representative that will deal, from here on out, on all contract negotiations, and waiving of no trade-clauses. That means, free agency, he'll play a big part in what you're persuading him and his clients with the offers. Also, if you're making a deal with a team involving a player that has a no trade clause/ no movement clause, you can work out the deal without the Agent's involvement. Once you have a deal that you both agree on, you send him the deal involving the player on YOUR squad that has the NTC/NMC for the player's agreement on the transaction.
Note: This may seem a bit discouraging for a few, but trust me, it only makes this league that much more realistic, and fun. No more admins approve free agency, no no no. We have a specific person playing that key role intirely, and it's he and his client who must be persuaded in all events regarding to them.
This Agent knows a lot about the sport, and its history. He is also highly educated, and needs not be accused of whether or not he will fit the job rightly. If I did not trust him, I would not have created this position for a site that I put a lot of work into.
