I've had a little extra time lately, so I've been browsing the site, and here are some things I would like to mention:
I've been going over some old rejected trades, and it seems as though people expect me to comment on these when a NTC/NMC is involved. As most of you do know and all of you should know, I don't do that. You PM me asking of a player is willing to move to a team, he either says yes, or no, or we discuss it and work something out, and that is it for me.
Also, its up to the team that HAS the NMC/NTC to ask me to waive it, since he's yours until the second he does waive it. So stay on top of that folks. I'd hate to see deals being tossed aside cause no one asked player rep, or because someone was waiting for me to comment on the trade page. I work in my office, not in the media centre...
Also, and this is probably old news by now, but some people have had SERIOUS problems with agreed upon contracts. If you have a problem with contracts a GM and I worked out, contact ME, NOT THE BLOODY GM. There is nothing he/she can do about it. If a guy is getting too little, then thats my fault. Talk to me. If he signed for too much, then I would not go lower, so its my fault. Talk to me. If you think a GM is a jerk for signing a player, talk to him. That's not my business. Just make sure the player in question doesn't have any good friends on your team.....
For the most part, I stand by all my decisions, and can back every fricken one of them up to my own satisfaction. So if its a HUGE FUCKING DEAL to you that "Billy" is getting more money than "Jimmy" (note how it sounds like a silly 3rd grade play ground squabble), then PM me for these reasons.
Also, Please Please PLEASE don't send me PM's that say "Will "Bobby" waive his NTC." Players don;t have these to just waive them. THEY NEED TO KNOW WHAT TEAM THEY ARE WAIVING THEM TO. I may actually just start ignoring PMs like this...but we'll see.
Thank you, and good day.
