Yeah, when leafs says finalized and moves it, it means its updated in the system and everything. Its a little more than a formality, as he also makes sure there's no technicality, i.e. trading players/picks you don;t have, etc.
Moral: Trade is finished, but until the "finalized" comes from leafs, its not "100% Finalized".
