How so? Zanon was involved in a trade for his rights. I got his rights to negotiate a contract and signed him, but NOT with anything remotely close to a NTC or NMC so it is really not pertinent to any poll. Any players that I told the PR that I simply would not trade, I offered NTC or NMC to. And I believe the ONLY one in 2 seasons that I asked the PR to waive his NMC for was Fleischmann, who I did not ask to move for at least a full season. Zanon was NOT one of these.
I believe the poll was in relation to people abusing NTC and NMC. Or did I miss something here???
Can this be processed now?

The poll points out that, as per our rules (the ones everyone agreed to and signed a poll indicating they read and understood) ALL contracts signed came with a 15 game NTC. That would include Zanon, as he signed a contract. |
