Rights to Dan Ellis

To Ducks:

Conditional 1st round pick in 2014*

*If Ellis signs with the Leafs (regardless of testing free agency water) it is a 1st round pick in 2014. If Ellis does not sign with the Leafs, it is a 2nd round pick in 2014 for having his exclusive rights prior to free agency.
