Alright, Cody has re-registered and informed me straight up he wants to come back and misses the site. He said he made a mistake, was playing the bad guy field for the site, and it blew up in his face. The following are your options:
Option 1: No, he is banned and with good reason, he is gone for good.
Option 2: Yes, give him a team, it's more activity, and he has learned his lesson, but he has warning of 99, and thus 1 strike and he's out.
Option 3: Yes, he comes back, but cannot have control over a roster page.

He was interesting, I'll give him that, and when he was chirping and firing away it seemed the league was always full.
I really like option 3, let him return to the site, but he cannot control his roster page. Makes sense, that way he can make his trades, and not change numbers.

So if we go with Option 3, does that mean he has 0 strikes? He gets to start fresh after being BANNED for continually calling me a "faggit", violating almost every single rule we have, and cheating out his ass? Twice.
I'm torn on this one. He isn;t fun-douchey like Dallas or old Red Wings. He is ACTUALLY douchey, and ACTUALLY unlikable.

Way I see it: Your a business owner, and one of your employees steals from the store. But your a nice guy and you let him back because your business is just for fun. That person then steals from you again, and on his way out slaps you in the face.... Do you re-hire him?

Fool me twice, shame on me" Moral is, we are giving Cody Penney the opportunity to shame us again, for the second time.  All my snide comments aside, I genuinely don't care what people vote. If he plays by the rules, he MIGHT be better than an empty team. For the record, Cody Penney gets absolutely nothing if he wins the Cup this season and quite probably, next season as well. Haven't discussed that part with Mike, but I don't think anyone would object, seeing how douchey the Penney's been, |

PHX has a very valid point. As does everyone above. It still looks like people are voting to keep him in though, since there have been about 3 votes in favour of keeping him since last time i was on.

I just cant really believe this is being discussed. He cheated several times and got caught each time. I am sure people who cheated once in the past have been banned. So what makes this joke that much more special? Keep him out
