No one heading to Capitals has any clauses.
Ovechkin's clause: NTC (starting July 1, 2014, can list up to 10 teams each year he will not accept a trade to and can modify said list in September of every following year)
Therefore, since we are only at January of 2014, he does not have a NTC in place yet. Trade is approved.
