Just in case Hawks isn't sure, he must contact PR about Frolik and I believe Keith to waive their NTCs. Not sure if Martin has one too...

Oh ok, cool, thanks for the update. I figured Pens would have gave him something along those lines as he was one of the prized defencemen that year.

So here's the deal gents - and don;t say I never give ya anything. After talking to Chicago, and considering Chicago's standings, there's basically no way in hell Martin would be interested in leaving Pittsburgh at this point in the season. HOWEVER, I do like this trade, and I don't want to stiffle trading, because I know how hard this crap can be, so based PRIMARILY on the fact that Martin's NTC is a pre-ManNHL, Limited NTC, I will make an exception here and pretend Chicago was not on the list of teams he would NOT accept a trade to at the beginning of the season (since, in theory, they probably would not have been). So there you have it guys. Martin waives, deal's done. Now start whipping out the damn thank you's, because this is quite the rare gift. .

Pens was given an opportunity to reverse this trade due to Chicago's departure. He has opted to do so in order for next GM to have original players to work with. I accept his decision and this trade is officially reversed and rejected, finalized.
