Caps and Leafs (Surrogate Trade)

I'm always one to try and find a way to improve a shitty surrogate team, and since the Caps are lacking a bit in terms of intrigue, I've put together a deal that will return some talent and names to Washington while I bring back a Leaf. This trade requires two VIP approvals or 3 GMs acceptances. Teams can reject this trade, but the rejections must be an overwhelming rejection should prominent GMs deem it fair. Also to note is that the Capitals have the cap space necessary to complete this deal, and will shore up their offense without impacting any potential free agent signings.
