Alright, so I went to a site that specifically arranges itself to do the randomization for lottery draft picks, which is great. As proof, I've screen-shot the whole thing. Now, because the NHL is based on a percentage pay-out, and not an actual theoretical number, I went with the NHL percentage, rounded down, and multiplied by 4, thereby providing the top seed with 100 balls and then down accordingly. This is the list: After conducted the lottery draft, the team highlighted in RED has won the lottery draft! Congratulations to who currently own the first overall pick!

lmao probably shouldn't have traded that pick for jokinen and klefbom, though I guess you now have Jokinen, Meszaros and Ferriero for that pick, in a nut shell. Not too shabby actually.

$5 says LA is not around for the draft, does not submit a list and ends up picking his pick like...last.
