Alright, so I went to a site that specifically arranges itself to do the randomization for lottery draft picks, which is great. As proof, I've screen-shot the whole thing. Now, because the NHL is based on a percentage pay-out, and not an actual theoretical number, I went with the NHL percentage, rounded down, and multiplied by 4, thereby providing the top seed with 100 balls and then down accordingly. This is the list:  After conducted the lottery draft, the team highlighted in RED has won the lottery draft!  Congratulations to  who currently own the  first overall pick! |

lmao probably shouldn't have traded that pick for jokinen and klefbom, though I guess you now have Jokinen, Meszaros and Ferriero for that pick, in a nut shell. Not too shabby actually.
