TOP RUMOUR:
- the KHL is reporting that Alexei Yashin has signed with them now, and they are saying its a total package deal totalling more than $75 MILLION (10 mil a year for 7 years, with more bonuses as well)!!! Its been reported here:

- The trade wheels are at it again, as Montreal is said to be shopping around Jason Blake, in hopes of getting a first-line quality centre in return.
- More montreal rumours have involved Markov, Hamrlik, and Koestitsyn, who are reportedly being shopped together, or in some combination for an upgrade on D.
- Word is that staff offers are starting to dwindle a bit, but I think we're all shocked with the HUGE salary Patrick Roy accepted recently to goalie-coach for Florida!
- rumour is the staff signings thing is not clearly uypdated when it is updated, so PR should probably put updated in the thread so people know when they sign guys. last i heard, he doesn't tell the teams when staff sign (interestingly, these were two separate PMs...had to mention that,

- there is a very weak rumour that a number of teams are gunning after the KHL's Zdenek Skopera, who has a brilliant 116 point sin only 35 games in the league, but more will probably come from that later.
- lastly, there is another feint rumour that eklund will be on vacation but i haven;t confirmed details yet. Location: TBA.
