New Feature #4 - ManNHL Committee

[Personnel Representative]

There will be a Committee for the league to vote on given issues that see fit. The Committee is a non-biased organization that will serve the purpose of dealing with high regarded issues pertaining to the act of the game itself. This includes a collective bargaining agreement and clauses, negotiations with the NHLPA and team management and hockey operations. If an issue arises that requires the Committee, and not the Commissioner and PR's consent, to handle the situation, it will be addressed and presented to the public when a decision as been made. If an organization wishes to challenge a specific issue, they must address myself (Leafs/Commish) or the PR upon which it will be decided if the Committee must be involved.

This is being created cause one GM is WHINING to Leafs about a specific issue. I want to make it clear that this specific issue WILL NOT be discussed in this committee. That and, frankly, I don't see the point of it, since its members were rather arbitrarily chosen...
