It's been a long, long week, filled with anything and everything EXCEPT for rumors.
New Jersey, who is on a slump at the moment, is looking for more offensive help. Players like Zajac and Parise have been mentioned about moving along with picks and/or prospects for offensive talent.
The deal between the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Calgary Flames has been anything but a walk in the park. Sources confirm that it was a long, hefty deal that forced the Leafs to go out of his way in order to acquire Chris Pronger from Anaheim, as specified. The Flames knew what they wanted, and jumped at the occasion of getting Superstar to play alongside another former Maple Leaf, Tomas Kaberle. Don't expect either team to slow down on the scoreboards or on the trade rumors anytime soon...

I am, and I don't take anything on here personally (its a fricken simleague), but the reasons for that is that something I use to evaluate the deal was missing, otherwise I would do it anyways, whether it be a rating, or a last years salary, etc.
P.S. All your players are not requesting an additional million bucks, since their agent fees went up 10%....
