Okay, Leafs said this in the C-Box and I just HAD to comment on it publicly:
Leafs: i just don't give a shit about the whole blue ray thing when the loading time is LONGER than the Nintendo 64
I have never seen this sort of ignorance out of Leafs before and needed to exploit it fully. The Nintendo 64 (and everything older than it) is (get this) CARTRIDGE-BASED gaming! Ya know what that means? IT MEANS THERE ARE NO FUCKING LOAD TIMES YA STUPID BASTARD! Its instant becuase there is no data to be retrieved by a laser, scanning a complex disc. SO OF COURSE THE PS3 IS SLOWER! EVERY SINGLE DISC-BASED SYSTEM IS. Its the "catch" with the enhanced quality achieved by switching to discs and lasers.
And I have no idea what "blue ray" is, but those BLU-RAY discs look damn fine on an HDTV...Methinks Leafy's just sour that HD-DVD lost the war. I have extra tissues if you need them Leafs.

My post in the ps3/360 thing pretty much sums up my rebuttal against this. But! Sony will live on through their hand held system, not the ps3 or ps2 or ps4 when that may or may not ever come out. Sony will succumb to everything that is Microsoft and Nintendo and will die out. Not to mention their irregular release dates for their systems as they failed to compete with Xbox. In point form: Xbox is allowed to release 10 million units a month in their first 12 months of release. Sony was allowed to release the same, but when they were short on units around Christmas time, Xbox's surplus of games and cheaper price tag smoked the competition almost 10 to 1 in sales. The rest of the world bought Nintendo Wii's. Each run with cd based games. Blue Ray (take a 4.5gig dvd, blue rays pull out information from deeper within the disc turning the 3 layered 4.5 gig disc into a 10 layered 20 gig disc worth of information, that's the ONLY fucking difference). You can get more data on the disc, whoopty fucking doo, it has nothing to do with the amount of clarity in a picture. Want to know how to tell? Go set up your X Box 360 and a PS3 plugged into the two component sections on the back of your HD television. Most HD televisions have 2 components to allow for High Definition input. Then set your remote to split screen or whatever it is on your television to allow a viewing of two seperate screens at the same time. It shrinks the screens down to ahve an equal size on both sides. See the difference? No? Well that's because THERE IS NO FUCKING DIFFERENCE AND JUST CLAIMING THAT BLUE RAY IS BETTER IS WHY THEY ARE EVEN SELLING ANYTHING, IT'S PROPA-FUCKING-GANDA.

Dude, you are babbling. First of all, you still are talking about this "blue ray" thing, and no one knows what the hell THAT is... Now again, if you mean Blu-Ray, the difference, ya tool, is that it contains about 5X as much data as the HD-DVD disc...so is there a difference? Fucking right there is. Maybe YOUR little eyes cannot see it, but the FACT is there is a shit load more data there, and lossless audio, which i would expect you, as a film and music person, to know SOMETHING about. But I guess since you don't even know what the fuck the most modern equipment is even named, how can I have expected you to research anything else about it? You go be stubborn and ignorant with your little X-Box... I'll stick with the experienced Sony, thank you very much.

If you hadn't noticed, possibly because you summarized my whole post as babbling, I actually said the same fucking thing you just did about the 5X more information. I said it contained 20 gigs or info vs. the roughly 4.5 on a regular dvd. So, maybe next time you call me ignorant in not knowing my shit, you can go ahead and re-read someone's original post. Clearly reading something in full detail will help you out more long-term.

I got bored.
And again, you haven't actually said anything here other than I am right... soooooooo........ And the point of this post was not a continuation of the X-Box-Sony gibberish, cause no one here has played both, so everyone here is wrong.
The point was, your C-Box comment made an ass of you and I needed to let everyone know.

I'm telling you, there is no difference between the games except that xbox has way more games than ps3 and owns the rights to halo and gears of wars. Without Zelda, PS3 has nothing.

Even Resident Evil flipped to nintendo, it's only a matter of time until Final Fantasy goes back to their roots and joins Nintendo's interactive fighting style.

We will see. the Wii went in a very different direction. Speaking of which, if we are going to include Nintendo, how many of you have NHL09 for Nintendo...NONE??? Huh, I guess thats cause ITS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE WII...... Minus 1 for Nintendo.... (Mike, I hate you, you made me bash Nintendo...I love Nintendo...I just don't have a Wii...) Moral: Nintendo and Sony should work together to rid Bill Gates of more money-grubbing industry.

That would be a smart move, and EA actually let 989 Sports take over the Wii for gaming as they didn't feel the Wii was compatible in producing a satisfying gaming experience for the NHL series. But the arcade style by 2K was sufficient enough for people to still enjoy the game in a new form.

Arcade is shit, PS3 is way better, Free online, better games.
In fact, my father tells me that the X Box has techincal problems, way more freezing, over heating, and the plus, Ps3 can store music, videos, and photos. THE MAIN THING IS THAT PS3 HAS FREE ONLINE BIZNATCHES!
Take that Halo lovers
