Curtis Joseph has announced his retirement from the NHL. He thanks his teams, and wish them all nothing but the best.

Wow..... I thought he died or something and the player Rep was representing his family. lol Retiring? Hes still breathing and you can NEVER think he is gone from the league forever. I smell a comeback press release in the future.
Cu-jo! Cu-jo! Cu-jo! Forever!!!!

This is something that is really, really stupid. Sure, it's final, but I want to leave my 2 cents. He was signed to a contract, it did NOT say that he could leave whenever he wanted, nor is retiring in the middle of a season something that a player usually does.
Such a shame he decides to retire when he was going to play for the Rangers. What a non-classy move on his behalf.
