Targeted against me... Fine. But in my defense Canadiens is pretty annoying. To be honest, its not. I just discovered now that you COULD block PMs, so I figured we better get on that before it became a problem. If anything it should help you, Wings, since consensus seems to be no one around here likes you.  Agreed. |

RFA update.
1. If you have an RFA, you MUST submit them a "qualifying offer", or lose them to UFA once UFA starts.
2. If AFTER a qualifying offer has been sent, a deal is NOT worked out, and you want to keep your player, the TEAM must file for arbitration, again, before UFA starts.
3. If Arbitration is not filed, and a contract is not met, the player remains an unsigned RFA. If he is not signed by Dec. 1, he sits for the year and becomes a UFA at the beginning of the following season.
Note: If the original team chooses to accept, or “match” the offer sheet, the player cannot be traded for one year.
