LW Matt Cooke - $1,800,000 - UFA AFTER 2012-13 - 1-Way *NTC*
C Evgeni Malkin - $8,700,000 - UFA AFTER 2013-14 - 1-Way
D Zbynek Michalek - $4,000,000 - UFA AFTER 2014-15 - 1-Way

Pittsburgh gets:

D Mark Giordano - $4,020,000 - UFA AFTER 2015-16 - 1-Way
LW Curtis Glencross - $1,200,000 - UFA AFTER 2010-11 - 1-Way
RW Jarome Iginla - $7,000,000 - UFA AFTER 2012-13 - 1-Way *NMC*

Penguins accept. Hard to let go of Malkin, but adding a proven, veteran leader and an Olympic linemate of Sidney Crosby's was too good to pass up.

PR will be notified by me for Cooke's clause, Calgary will do the same for Iginla's.

Fixed, also, Matt Niskanen has been replaced by Zbynek Michalek in the deal to alleviate the added salary heading my way.
