Pretty straight forward.
MSN CONVO
Everyone has or downloads live messenger, changes their name to their team name and we have a big conversation while myself and/or PR updates the draft threads with the selections.
THREAD POSTS
We can chat in the cbox, but everyone makes their selection in the thread, people can comment there as well and essentially it just becomes a big thread convo ala forum style... which is what we are lol.
LIVE CHAT
Hence the coffee mug at the top, we do a live chat in there, but it's been known to not work on certain computers and even be a tad annoying. Essentially the same as a yahoo chat kind of deal but with more bugs... and I'm not just talking about predators.
CBOX
We all sit around and chat in the cbox and someone updates it in the thread, similar to the thread one, but the thread one is MORE thready and less cboxy.
