anyone who has played more than 98 pro games is subject to waivers and re-entry waivers. THE ONLY time a player isn't subject to re-entry is when they have already cleared waivers within the last 2 calander weeks.
Klesla is subject to waivers

You also have to keep in mind we use our own rules to keep things simplified. So unless we say in the rules weird shit about number of games exempts minors, our waivers system is very simplified.
2 way contract=no waivers.
1 way contract=waivers.
It's that simple.
