Coaches were put in place cause some people wanted them. It has since been mentioned by many that having to hire coaches is a pain. Since they do affect performance, we need to have a league-wide vote to determine if we abolish them all together, or keep them as an influencing factor on your teams.

Not really, because the reason they were cool was because they had an effect on your team. A good coach made you a better team. But then they basically became mandatory, because the teams without coaches got their asses handed to them, often 11-1 and such.

coaches are important. Last year this team was without a coach and only got like 17 wins or so. this year, I came in and hired a couple of coaches and all, and we made the playoffs. They definitely have an impact.

coaches are important. Last year this team was without a coach and only got like 17 wins or so. this year, I came in and hired a couple of coaches and all, and we made the playoffs. They definitely have an impact. That's not really exactly why you got better. You had no coach, so all teams that HAD coaches were influenced with better results, you simple evened out the playing field. |

Declaring it official. Official coaches having impact are abolished.
For anyone who wants to hire coaches anyways, feel free to send me offers for them. We'll use the same 3M coach cap, and everything. The difference is, as I said, your coach won't impact your team as it did before, nor punish your team if you don;t have a coach.

keep em if you want, but i think most, if not all, are FAs by now. And don't send me coach offers until season starts please.
