Alright, I had a lengthy conversation with PR about Sens, and after much deliberation, PR has put forward terms I think are reasonable for Sens to stay, but this will not be made official until more votes come in. If it's overwhelming support to ban him, we will respect the league's decision.
The Terms:
-Sens cannot cheat again, obviously, and any such sign of cheating becomes immediate banishment to the gates of hell, dammit. -There will be a weekly progress report that covers the boundaries of respect, attitude, and non-doucheyness. Should Sens be getting worse, he will be banned. -Sens needs to respect the rules of the league that go beyond his cheating. This includes salary cap and waivers. Any such indication that he has blatantly ignored a rule and we metaphorically destroy the corpse that was once his account on this site.

Votes are at 11-9, not enough for the ban, near 50/50 split, we keep him and enforce PR's ruling and guidelines.
