It's taken over a week, but here is the official result of the poll, and since it was the second time we did it, and made it mandatory, there are even more votes for this one than the last and this will be the absolute decision, as per mine and PR's review of the voting process.
1 Vote has been retracted from FOR (keeping Sens here) as Sens voted for himself. 1 Vote has been retracted from AGAINST (banning him) as Fake Dallas voted against Senators and his vote does not count.
Official total of votes: 27. Votes FOR (Keeping Sens here): 14 Votes AGAINST (Banning him): 13
Majority has it by a single vote. A. Single. Vote. Voting matters folks, but 95% of the league participated and Senators is now reinstated on the following guidelines (not negotiable):
1. I will be posting an official Senators page. 2. Senators may post his own page so he may modify shit, but for those looking for exact correctness, it will be featured on my page, and should Sens alter anything for beneficial reasons, he will be banned. 3. If Senators creates a secondary account, he will be banned. 4. If Senators breaks any of the current rules, he will be banned (unless it is absolutely, 100% clear he broke a rule by accident, which I only specify because crazier things have happened... like Sens being reinstated). 5. Senators will have a 99% warning level, but will be subject to our warning policies in which a 1 month probationary period is applied to those at 99%. After the 1 month, a strike will be removed. That said, any form of cheating or calling people "faggits" before OR after the 1 month will result in an automatic ban.
If anyone has any disagreements, I understand and respect your opinion but the majority has ruled in favor of Sens, but you are allowed to state the obvious lol.
