Alright, there was some confusion as to what constituted an appropriate yes, so I have it put back to two options so people understand what I'm talking about.
Option 1 - No, he's gone. Period. Mistakes in past are enough to keep him off the site.
Option 2 - Last chance, 99% warning level, and cannot have control over roster page, Leafs will modify his roster page for any and all roster moves. One strike and he's gone.

Just to note: The reason why you cannot see your votes until the vote is closed is due to a few specific people who have been messaging me constantly about the current scores and how they feel about it.
Secondly, this allows you to vote without feeling the pressure of the league pushing you one way or another.
Lastly, you have the ability to retract your vote should you change your mind, but that does not welcome Cody to message everyone in the league begging them to vote for him to stay because that shit is annoying.

The votes are in, and Cody Penney will be awarded his Ottawa Senators tonight, and I will be managing his entire roster page and information. Should he attempt to create a roster page, it will immediately be deleted. He is free to post comments on his own Roster Page should he choose to adjust certain roster aspects, but all changes will be approved and done so by me.

@sharks: It's why we did two votes. Keep in mind the other was in favor by about 6 or 7 votes, this one 3 with only two options. The league wants him back, in a very odd way. And PR and I are democratic.
