I'll be imposing a ManNHL review into all trades made between Capitals, Sabres and Blackhawks. Trades may go through but can be subject to reversal at any point in time should tampering be considered a happening.
Secondly, Capitals should understand that here on ManNHL, player opinion matters, and their team could be subject to a lot of refusals for many players to play here considering how quickly a player can come in and be dealt.

Washington has failed to accept the trade in sufficient time, and does not even have his damn roster posted. You may revisit this trade at a later date, but due to his lack of acceptance, as well as the no roster posted, this trade is rejected, finalized.
