...exactly. You negotiated a bad deal, you got told it was bad after you agreed to it and accepted it, then bailed on it first chance you got. I would not be surprised if you whined to Leafs and got him to reverse it so you could pull of this questionable deal.

PR, unless you know all the details around how the Tampa deal, and how it came into play and why there was NO EFFORT into altering that deal, when cap became an issue, then please don't comment on it. as it stands now Tampa is happy that they were able to keep their Star Centre, and I am Content with keeping the original trade that was arranged with Miss Phillie.
This is the deal i wanted, its the one i actually negotiated. so please keep your comments to your self on this matter.

Here is why I'm actually alright with it.
Bolts was informed via the trade that he had to be cap compliant by Friday at midnight, and he wasn't. Flames wanted to make a deal to bolster his club immediately and moving away from a trade he was somewhat locked into while Bolts GM seemingly did nothing to correct the issue isn't fair to Flames.
Flames did what he had to do for his club, and I respect his decision to walk away from a trade that was hours away from being rejected anyway.
