According to PR, Sabres received a response on this 5 minutes after he sent in his initial pm, so the hold up is on his part, not the league's.

He said MacArthur would waive so the deal is done. I just thought the PR would confirm it in here but it's good.

Typically I don't post on the trades - I work pretty much entirely from my inbox. But I do pop around the pending trades to make sure everything is in order.
I found in the past, when people knew I would post in the trade thread, they would start doing shit like asking players to waive IN THE TRADE thread. So this system has worked best for us.
